Seller and purchase documents

Chongqing Juxiyi Trading Co., Ltd. is the seller for orders submitted through Novrisan. This page addresses the purchase process and related remedies. Read it together with the Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Separate Terms of Service cover website use, and the Privacy Notice describes personal information handling.

Checks before placing a purchase

You must have the legal capacity or authorization to purchase. Check the listing, quantity, selected option, contact information, address, currency, delivery estimate and total before authorizing payment. A recurring subscription arises only if separately offered and expressly accepted.

Screen settings may affect perceived color but do not excuse a material departure from the description. Ask us about an essential specification that is unclear before ordering.

When an order is accepted

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept the order when dispatch is confirmed unless acceptance is expressly communicated earlier. Taking or authorizing payment does not allow us to retain money without fulfillment. If acceptance or fulfillment is impossible, we notify you promptly and refund amounts collected within the applicable legal deadline.

An actual stock shortage, unsupported destination, material pricing mistake or reasonably identified payment concern may prevent acceptance. We will not silently substitute products or increase the agreed charge. A material error found before acceptance will be explained so you can choose the corrected offer or cancellation and refund. Mandatory remedies for an accepted order are preserved.

Checkout amounts and payment

Checkout identifies currency, product charges, discounts, shipping and taxes collected by the store. Use a method actually displayed there. Your bank may separately impose conversion or transaction charges under its agreement with you. Import costs follow the Shipping Policy and relevant pre-purchase disclosures.

Offers follow their published conditions and expiry dates. No cancellation or restocking fee is charged. Proportionate verification may be requested for a payment concern; do not send full payment card credentials by email.

Delivery arrangements and cancellation

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 7–12 business days to eligible United States destinations. The combined standard estimate is 8–15 business days. An expressly disclosed product-specific schedule applies to the relevant item. Checkout displays shipping charges.

The Shipping Policy covers dispatch origin, tracking and delay handling. We remain responsible for mandatory remedies when a third party performs delivery or fulfillment. Send cancellation requests promptly to service@novrisan.com. Cancellation before dispatch is accepted without a fee. After dispatch, applicable returns and statutory cancellation rights remain.

Remedies after purchase

Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns may be directed to China. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage, while we cover necessary remedy costs for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods. Approved return refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. For an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation, that period runs from confirmation. Any shorter mandatory deadline prevails.

Send the order number and requested remedy when reporting a problem. We assess the circumstances fairly and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required. You retain available payment-provider disputes and legal remedies. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory product-conformity and supply obligations.

Applicable law and the version of these terms

To the extent permitted, the laws of the People's Republic of China applicable to our registered business in Chongqing govern these terms. Mandatory protections of your habitual residence remain available where applicable. A dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction, including your home jurisdiction where mandatory rules permit. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed here.

The terms disclosed when an order is placed govern that order. Later changes apply prospectively and do not alter an existing agreement without a lawful basis or your consent. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue.
